We grow the dates on the fertile ground of Moshav Menahemia, at the foot of the Jordan River. The "premium" dates are soft and juicy, because we choose only the largest and most beautiful dates by hand sorting. The dates are packaged in dedicated molds that preserve the fruit perfectly and even don’t take up space in the freezer. Athletes consume dates before training Because they are low in fat, and full of nutrients like potassium, copper, magnesium, vitamin B6, calcium and iron.

Each box contains 250 grams of medjool dates.
