Dry white wine, 13% alcohol
90% Chardonnay, 10% Roussanne, unoaked

Grown in the Galilee, one of Israel’s leading wine regions, where vineyards are planted on volcanic soil, terra rossa, and basalt.

Bright pale straw in color with aromas of tropical fruit and peach. Rich in fruit character with refreshing citrus acidity and a long crisp finish.

The grapes were harvested at night in mid August to preserve freshness and immediately brought to the winery for gentle crushing and controlled fermentation. The wine is produced without oak to maintain its vibrant and fresh fruit expression.

The 2025 vintage enjoyed balanced conditions, with a favorable winter and stable spring that supported even fruit development. The warm but controlled summer allowed precise ripening. Yields recovered, while some vineyards were intentionally kept low to enhance concentration and quality, resulting in a wine with depth, complexity, and balance.

Crafted by head winemaker Ilan Assoulin, trained in Bordeaux, combining international expertise with local terroir.
