Blend of Marselan, Argaman, and Syrah

Grown in the Galilee, one of Israel’s finest wine regions, where vineyards thrive on volcanic soil, terra rossa, and basalt.

Deep purple in color with inviting aromas of ripe black fruit and subtle Mediterranean herbs. Full bodied and rich, with juicy dark fruit flavors and a long, elegant finish with a gentle hint of spice.

The grapes were harvested at night to preserve freshness and immediately brought to the winery for gentle crushing and controlled fermentation. Each variety was aged separately for six months before blending, followed by an additional four months of maturation. The wine completed ten months of aging in French oak barrels.

The 2024 vintage benefited from balanced winter rainfall and a warm early spring, followed by a calm harvest period. Later heat waves led to early picking in warmer areas to maintain freshness and balance.

Crafted by head winemaker Ilan Assoulin, trained in Bordeaux, combining international expertise with local terroir.
