

Red Currants
Our Red Currants are a good source of vitamin K, which maintains calcium in the bone matrix. One cup of Red Currants contains 15 percent of the recommended daily value of vitamin K, and 10 percent of the mineral manganese which helps with antioxidant protection. They are slightly sour and tasty and can be used for smoothies, cakes and jams.
Each box contains approximately 125 grams of Red Currants.
